In this video I show you how I smoke some freshly caught ahi tuna on the Weber grill. This was the first time smoking tuna and I think it came out pretty good. Next time I would maybe shorten the marinade time to about 1-2 hours. Thanks for watching and remember to hit that thumbs up and subscribe.

Apple juice | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Molasses | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Honey | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
Soy sauce | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
Salt | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) | |

MAKING
In a pan all ingredients of the marinade, heat and stir continuously. Let it cool.
Prepare the fish (here freshly caught Ahi tuna was used). The fish can be cut in strips or as desired.
Place the fish strips in a Ziploc bag with the marinade.Let it marinate for 3-4 hrs in the fridge.
Take out the tuna, and let it air dry for a few minutes.
Place the fish in a grill tray and put it in a weber grill which has been preheated to 200 degrees. Close the lid and let the fish cook.
After 2 hours the fish is cooked, and flaky to touch.
SERVING
Serve it hot!
