Milk Chocolate Truffles
|Nestle milk melts||200 Gram|
|Evaporated milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Icing sugar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Chopped nuts||30 Gram|
|Grated coconut||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Place chocolate and butter in a bowl.
Cook for 2 minutes on HIGH.
Add evaporated milk and stir until well combined.
Cook a further minute.
Stir in icing sugar and nuts.
Cover and chill for 1 hour.
Roll into small balls and coat with coconut.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
