Grate 10 oz.
of chocolate and add 1 tablespoonful of vanilla sugar.
Put these ingredients into a little saucepan over a gentle heat; stir frequently with a wooden spoon till you have a soft mixture.
Then remove the pan from the heat and leave to cool.
In a slightly wanned bowl, beat 4 oz.
of butter with 2 yolks of egg and 3 tablespoonfuls of caster sugar.
Mix briskly to a smooth cream and leave till cold.
Now blend the two mixtures, stirring with a spoon, and finally make with it little balls about the size of marbles.
Roll these in cocoa.
Serve with after-dinner coffee.
