Chocolate Rum Truffles

Ingredients
  Plain chocolate 4 Ounce
  Double cream 2 Tablespoon
  Brandy/Rum 1 Tablespoon
  Icing sugar 10 Ounce
  Chocolate vermicelli 1 Tablespoon (For Dredging)
Directions

1. Break chocolate into rough pieces, and place the basin in a pan half filled with water and stir till chococlate melts
2. Remove the basin from heat and add cream and rum or brandy into it
3. Sieve icing sugar into it and bring the whole mixture to a smooth, stiff consistency
4. Shape heaped teaspoonfuls into balls with hands and roll them in chocolate vermicelli; add to small paper sweet cases and leave to set

SERVING
5. Serve as appropriate
