Yummy Chocolate Truffles
|Semisweet chocolate||1 Pound|
|Unsalted butter||1⁄2 Pound, softened|
|Dark rum||6 Tablespoon|
|Cocoa powder||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Confectioner's sugar||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
1.In a waterbath melt chocolate.
2.Combine together with a whisk, butter, egg yolks, and rum.
3.The mixture should be workable to shape into 1 inch diameter balls.
4.Coat the truffles in confectiosner's sugar and cocoa.
5.In an airtight container, place the truffles.
7. Serve as sweet treats at your next party.
