Chocolate Truffles

Ingredients
  Semi sweet chocolate chips 12 Ounce (1 Package)
  Sweetened condensed milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Vanilla wafer crumbs 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Creme de cafe coffee liqueur 2 Tablespoon
  Powdered cocoa 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. Place chocolate chips atop a double broiler on hot water. Add vanilla, condensed milk, liqueur and vanilla wafer crumbs and beat to form a smooth mixture.
2. Place in the refrigerator for 45 minutes to cool enough to shape.
3. Take out and using buttered hands, form ¾ inch balls. Roll on cocoa.

SERVING
4. Serve as required.
