No Bake Chocolate Truffles
|Semisweet chocolate pieces||6 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Orange juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Light rum||3 Tablespoon|
|Chocolate wafer cookies||8 1⁄2 Ounce, crushed (1 Package)|
|Confectioner’s sugar||2 Cup (32 tbs), sifted (10X, Powdered)|
|Finely chopped walnuts||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chocolate decorating sprinkles||2 Ounce (1 Container)|
|Colored decorating sprinkles||2 Ounce (1 Container)|
|Cocoa powder||1 Tablespoon (Not A Mix)|
1. Melt pieces in heavy, medium-size saucepan over low heat; remove from heat. Blend in juice and rum; stir in chocolate cooky crumbs, sugar and nuts till mixed. Cover; chill 2 hours, or until stiff.
2. Roll the dough, a rounded teaspoon at a time, into balls. Roll 2 dozen balls in chocolate sprinkles to coat, pressing firmly. Roll 2 dozen in a mixture of chocolate and colored sprinkles. Roll remaining in cocoa powder. Place on tray; cover; chill several hours or overnight.
