No Bake Chocolate Truffles

Ingredients
  Semisweet chocolate pieces 6 Ounce (1 Package)
  Orange juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Light rum 3 Tablespoon
  Chocolate wafer cookies 8 1⁄2 Ounce, crushed (1 Package)
  Confectioner’s sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs), sifted (10X, Powdered)
  Finely chopped walnuts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chocolate decorating sprinkles 2 Ounce (1 Container)
  Colored decorating sprinkles 2 Ounce (1 Container)
  Cocoa powder 1 Tablespoon (Not A Mix)
Directions

1. Melt pieces in heavy, medium-size saucepan over low heat; remove from heat. Blend in juice and rum; stir in chocolate cooky crumbs, sugar and nuts till mixed. Cover; chill 2 hours, or until stiff.
2. Roll the dough, a rounded teaspoon at a time, into balls. Roll 2 dozen balls in chocolate sprinkles to coat, pressing firmly. Roll 2 dozen in a mixture of chocolate and colored sprinkles. Roll remaining in cocoa powder. Place on tray; cover; chill several hours or overnight.
