Chocolate Rum Truffles
|Plain chocolate||5 Ounce (150 Gram, Semisweet)|
|Butter||1⁄2 Ounce (1 Tablespoon/15 Gram)|
|Rum||1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)|
|Ground almonds||1 Ounce (2 Tablespoon/ 25 Gram)|
Break the chocolate into pieces in a bowl and cook them for 2 minutes or until the chocolate has melted.
Beat in the butter, egg yolk and rum. Mix in and add the ground almonds.
Set the mixture aside in the refrigerator to thicken. Shape it into small balls and roll half in the chocolate vermicelli and the remainder in the chopped nuts and cocoa powder.
Place in paper cases.
