Coconut Cherry Truffles is a vegan dessert. It is a very basic recipe with just 5 ingredinets. Coconut Cherry Truffles is quick and simple to make. Its delicious and healthy as well.
  Almonds/Nuts of choice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Medjool dates 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dried cherries 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Coconut shreds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Short grain brown rice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), cooked (Optional)

1. In a food processor, place nuts and blend until finely chopped.
2. Add dates, cherries and coconut shreds and blend to make a paste.
3. Take small portions at a time and make small rounds.
4. Coat these with shredded coconut.

5. Serve it chilled with juice or milk.
