|Semi sweet chocolate||12 Ounce|
|Unsalted butter||4 Tablespoon, softened|
|Coffee flavor liqueur||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Unsweetened cocoa powder||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
|Sweetened chocolate drink mix powder||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), sweetened (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
Melt chocolate in the top of a double boiler over simmering water. Remove from heat. With a wooden spoon, beat in the butter. Add liqueur and continue beating.
Pour chocolate mixture into a small bowl. Cover and refrigerate until firm, about 2 hours.
Roll into balls using a teaspoonful of the mixture for each ball. Roll one third of the balls in cocoa powder. Roll balls in chocolate drink mix powder.Refrigerate until serving time.
