Chocolate Walnut Truffles

Ingredients
  Heavy cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Semi-sweet chocolate 16 Ounce, cut into small pieces
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped california walnuts 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Finely Chopped)
  Coffee liqueur 4 Tablespoon
  Grated chocolate 1 Teaspoon
  Shredded coconut 1 Teaspoon
  Chopped california walnuts 1 Teaspoon (Finely Chopped)
Directions

Bring cream to a boil in saucepan over medium heat; add chocolate pieces.
Stir with wooden spoon until mixture is smooth and thickened.
Add butter; stir until melted.
Pour mixture into large bowl; cool slightly.
Stir in 1 cup walnuts and liqueur.
Refrigerate until firm.
Form mixture into walnut-sized balls and roll in chocolate, coconut or walnuts.
Chill to set.
