Chocolate Walnut Truffles
|Heavy cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Semi-sweet chocolate||16 Ounce, cut into small pieces|
|Chopped california walnuts||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Finely Chopped)|
|Coffee liqueur||4 Tablespoon|
|Grated chocolate||1 Teaspoon|
|Shredded coconut||1 Teaspoon|
|Chopped california walnuts||1 Teaspoon (Finely Chopped)|
Bring cream to a boil in saucepan over medium heat; add chocolate pieces.
Stir with wooden spoon until mixture is smooth and thickened.
Add butter; stir until melted.
Pour mixture into large bowl; cool slightly.
Stir in 1 cup walnuts and liqueur.
Refrigerate until firm.
Form mixture into walnut-sized balls and roll in chocolate, coconut or walnuts.
Chill to set.
