No Bake Chocolate Truffles

Ingredients
  Semi sweet chocolate pieces 6 Ounce (1 Package)
  Orange juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Light rum 3 Tablespoon
  Chocolate wafer cookies 8 1⁄2 Ounce, crushed (1 Package)
  10x confectioners' powdered sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Finely chopped walnuts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chocolate sprinkles 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed, For Decorating)
  Red candied cherries 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
Directions

1. Melt chocolate pieces in top of a double boiler over simmering water; remove from heat. Blend in orange I juice and rum; stir in chocolate cookie crumbs, 10X sugar, and nuts until well mixed. Cover; chill in refrigerator about 2 hours, or until mixture is stiff enough to handle.
2. Roll dough, a rounded teaspoonful at a time, into balls between palms of hands. Roll balls in chocolate sprin- kles to coat generously, pressing firmly as you roll. Place on a tray; cover with aluminum foil; chill several hours or overnight. Store between layers of wax paper in metal tin with a tight-fitting lid.
