Rich Chocolate Pumpkin Truffles

Ingredients
  Crushed vanilla wafers 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Toasted ground almonds 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sifted powdered sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Divided)
  Ground cinnamon 2 Teaspoon
  Semi sweet chocolate morsels 6 Ounce, melted (1 Cup)
  Solid pack pumpkin 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Coffee liqueur/Apple juice 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

In medium bowl, combine vanilla wafer crumbs, ground almonds, 1/2 cup powdered sugar and cinnamon.
Blend in melted chocolate, pumpkin and coffee liqueur.
Form into 1-inch balls.
Chill.
Dust with remaining 1/4 cup powdered sugar just before serving.
