Rich Chocolate Pumpkin Truffles

|Crushed vanilla wafers||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Toasted ground almonds||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sifted powdered sugar||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Divided)|
|Ground cinnamon||2 Teaspoon|
|Semi sweet chocolate morsels||6 Ounce, melted (1 Cup)|
|Solid pack pumpkin||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Coffee liqueur/Apple juice||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
In medium bowl, combine vanilla wafer crumbs, ground almonds, 1/2 cup powdered sugar and cinnamon.
Blend in melted chocolate, pumpkin and coffee liqueur.
Form into 1-inch balls.
Dust with remaining 1/4 cup powdered sugar just before serving.
