|Semi-sweet chocolate morsels||6 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Whipping cream||3 Tablespoon|
|Powdered sugar||3 Tablespoon|
Place chocolate morsels, butter, and whipping cream in top of a double boiler; bring water to a boil.
Reduce heat to low; cook until chocolate and butter melt.
Stir in powdered sugar.
Remove from heat.
Pour mixture into a bowl; cover and chill 2 hours or until firm.
Working quickly, shape mixture into 1 inch balls; roll lightly in cocoa.
