Trout With Almonds

Ingredients
  Trout 1 (Fresh One)
  Butter 4 Tablespoon
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste
  Salt To Taste
  Lemons juice 4 Tablespoon
  Parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Blanched sliced almonds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Rub trout with butter and sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper and pour over lemon juice.
Place in a greased paper lined baking dish and bake in a hot oven for 10 minutes per pound (20 minutes per 1 kg).
Meanwhile melt the rest of the butter in a saucepan and add the almonds and cook until brown.
Serve pouring the butter and'browned almonds over the trout and sprinkle with parsley.
