Lac La Ronge Lake Trout

|Trout||1 , skinned, boned and filleted|
|Corn flakes||1 Cup (16 tbs), crushed|
|Onion||1 Medium, sliced|
|Garlic powder||1 Pinch|
|Fresh tomatoes||3 , cut into pieces (1 Can Drained Tomatoes)|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Put trout fillets into a greased baking dish.
Mix corn flakes, onion, seasonings, tomatoes, and water (or 1/4 cup liquid from canned tomatoes).
Dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 450Â°F 10 minutes per inch thickness of fish.
