Lake Country Stuffed Trout

Ingredients
  Trout 10 Ounce, cleaned (2 Fishes 5 Ounces Each)
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped mushrooms 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Grated carrots 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Seasoned dry bread crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Tarragon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon (Juice Of 1/2 Lemon)
Directions

Rinse trout and pat dry.
Place in 12 x 7 x 2-inch microproof baking dish.
Place butter in 2-cup glass measure.
Cook on HI, 1 minute.
Add mushrooms, carrots, bread crumbs, tarragon, and pepper.
Stir until well mixed.
Stuff mushroom mixture into trout cavities.
Sprinkle lemon juice over trout.
Cover with waxed paper and cook on HI, 6 minutes.
