Oven-Fried Trout

Oven-Fried Trout is a delicious side dish which I always love to have on my dinner table. I bet, once you have this, you will always crave for some more.
Ingredients
  Trout fillets 1 Pound
  Olive oil/Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Cornflake crumbs 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Lemon slices 2
  Parsley 2
Directions

Rinse fillets with cold woter, and par dry.
Brush fillets with oil, and sprinkle with salt, garlic powder, and pepper; dredge in cornflake crumbs.
Arrange fillets in a single layer in a 12- x 8- x 2-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray.
Bake, uncovered, at 500° for 10 minutes or until fillets flake easily when rested with a fork.
Carefully transfer to a serving platter, and garnish with lemon slices and parsley.
Serve immediately.
