Rinse fillets with cold woter, and par dry.
Brush fillets with oil, and sprinkle with salt, garlic powder, and pepper; dredge in cornflake crumbs.
Arrange fillets in a single layer in a 12- x 8- x 2-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray.
Bake, uncovered, at 500Â° for 10 minutes or until fillets flake easily when rested with a fork.
Carefully transfer to a serving platter, and garnish with lemon slices and parsley.
