Ingredients
  Fat 4 Tablespoon
  Speckled trout 12
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Coat trout well with flour.
Fry trout in small amount of hot fat in skillet over low heat until trout are golden brown on both sides.
Remove from skillet; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Drain on absorbent toweling.
