Kettle Trout

Ingredients
  Celery stalks 3 Large
  Carrot 1
  Parsley sprigs 4
  Bay leaves 3
  Cloves 4
  Lemon slices 3
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Trout 1 Pound
Directions

Place 2 quarts water in large kettle; add all ingredients except trout.
Bring to a boil; simmer for 5 minutes.
Cut trout into serving pieces; add to seasoned liquid.
Simmer, covered, for 5 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
