Patio-Grilled Trout

Ingredients
  Trout 1
  Bacon 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Wrap trout with desired amount of bacon; fasten with wooden picks.
Place on rack; cook, turning once, over coals until bacon is crisp.
Damp hickory chips may be placed on coals if hickory flavor is desired.
Serve with melted butter sauce.
