Baked Stuffed Trout
|Soft bread crumbs||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
|Poultry seasoning||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Melted butter||1 (as required)|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Place trout in well- greased baking dish.
Mix crumbs, salt, parsley, pepper, poultry seasoning, 1/4 cup butter and lemon juice; stuff fish.
Brush with additional butter.
Bake for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
Garnish with additional parsley.
