Ingredients
  Sea trout 1⁄2 Pound
  Salt To Taste
  Pancake flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Crushed almonds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Directions

Season trout with salt.
Mix pancake flour with almonds; dredge trout in flour mixture.
Cook, turning once, in hot oil until browned.
Drain on absorbent towel.
