|Crushed almonds||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Vegetable oil||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
Season trout with salt.
Mix pancake flour with almonds; dredge trout in flour mixture.
Cook, turning once, in hot oil until browned.
Drain on absorbent towel.
