Trout Pate

Ingredients
  Trout/2 small ones 1 Large, cooked
  Hard boiled eggs 2 , chopped
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Dry white wine 3 Tablespoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dill weed 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Cream cheese 8 Ounce, softened
  Pistachio nuts 3 Tablespoon, chopped
  Crackers/Melba roast 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Remove skins and bones from trout

MAKING
2. Mix trout, eggs, lemon juice, wine, pepper, dill weed and salt in a blender or food processor and also add cream cheese and blend thoroughly
3. Press into a crock, mold or small bowl and chill it well

SERVING
4. Top it with nuts before serving or serve with crackers or melba toast
