Trout In Oatmeal

Ingredients
  Trout 2 , cleaned
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Oatmeal/Flour 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a frypan heat the oil.
2. Dry the trout and dredge either in oatmeal or flour.
3. Lay in the hot pan and cook for 7 minutes per inch thickness of fish.
SERVING
4. Serve with lemon wedges.
