Poached Lake Trout

Ingredients
  Dressed lake trout 4 Pound (1 Trout, 3 To 4 Pound)
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon slices 4
  Allspice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Golden sauce 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Place fish in skillet.
Add combined milk, water, lemon slices, allspice, and salt.
Cover and cook over low heat 20 minutes or till just tender.
Carefully remove trout to hot platter.
Trim with parsley and serve with Golden Sauce.
