Rainbow Trout Rocky Mountain Style

Ingredients
  Rainbow trout 4 Pound (4 Pieces, 1 Pound Each)
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Yellow cornmeal 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Sprinkle cleaned trout inside and out with salt and pepper, mixed together.
Roll in cornmeal and panfry in hot butter for 5 minutes on each side, or until golden-brown and fish flakes easily with a fork.
Makes 4 servings.
