Trout with Almonds
|Milk||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Almonds||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), flaked|
Marinate the trout in the milk and salt for 10 minutes.
Remove and roll in the flour.
Melt 6 tablespoons of the butter in a frying pan and cook the trout for 4-6 minutes over a medium heat.
Place on a heated dish and keep warm.
Add the remaining butter to the pan and fry the flaked almonds until they are golden brown.
Scatter over the trout.
Garnish with the tomato and lemon wedges and parsley.
