|Chopped green onion||3 Tablespoon (With Tops)|
|Chablis||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Whipping cream||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Egg yolks||6 , beaten|
|Seasoned salt||1 Teaspoon|
|Cooked crabmeat||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1)Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
2)In a saucepan, take some butter and cook onion for 3 minutes in it.
3)Add in Chablis and cream. Let simmer for 10 minutes. Gradually bring to boil.
4)Remove from heat.
5)Now add in the salt and egg yolks. Mix well.
6)Add crabmeat and mix.
7)In a baking pan, place the trout with skin side down.
8)Smear fish with butter. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until flesh flakes with a fork.
9)Pour sauce on top of trout and return to oven. Bake for 1 to 2 minutes.
