|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Olive oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), crushed|
1. Brush trout inside and out with some of the lemon juice to preserve freshness.
2. Mix well all ingredients (except trout).
3. Place trout in a small container, pour marinade over trout and refrigerate for 1 hour.
4. Place trout on grill and cook until done (-15 minutes). Baste frequently with marinade. serve as desired.
