|Chopped celery||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped green pepper||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Seasoned bread crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lemon pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Lemon juice||2 Teaspoon|
In 1-qt casserole combine celery, onion, green pepper and 1/4 cup butter.
Cover; microwave at High 2 to 3 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
Stir in bread crumbs and pepper.
If necessary, secure with wooden picks.
Place in 8x8-in baking dish.
In small dish melt 1 tablespoon butter at High 15 to 30 seconds.
Mix in lemon juice.
Brush fish with lemon-butter.
Cover dish with wax paper.
Microwave at High 5 to 6 minutes, or until fish flakes easily, turning and brushing with lemon-butter after half the time.
