|Chopped chives||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Butter/Margarine||3 Tablespoon, softened|
|Fine cracker crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Shredded process cheddar cheese/Swiss cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Season trout with salt and pepper; place on bed of parsley and chives in shallow pan.
Blend butter with flour; spread on trout.
Combine crumbs with cheese; sprinkle on trout.
Bake 15 minutes or until golden and easily flaked with fork.
