How to Make Whole Pan Fried Trout
|Flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cornmeal||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cayenne pepper||1 Teaspoon|
|Oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (For deep frying)|
1. In a shallow dish add in the flour, cornmeal, salt and cayenne pepper. Mix well all the ingredients.
2. Dredge the trout into the flour mixture and set aside.
3. In a cast iron skillet heat oil on high. Add in the fish and fry for 4-6 minutes on each side, or until the meat flakes with a fork.
4. Serve Pan Fried Trout with pineapple salsa.
