Baked Stuffed Trout

Ingredients
  Trout 5
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Stuffing mix 2 Cup (32 tbs) (prepared according to directions)
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Onion powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Wipe and dry fish.
Microwave butter in a 1-cup glass measure at HIGH 30 seconds.
Brush inside of fish with 1/2 of the butter.
Lightly salt inside of fish.
Fill fish with stuffing mix.
Brush outside of fish with remaining butter.
Sprinkle fish with pepper, onion powder, and paprika.
Arrange fish in a 12- x 8-inch baking dish.
Microwave at HIGH 10 to 12 minutes.
Rotate dish 1/2 turn after 5 minutes.
