Late Season Trout
|Dried parsley flakes||1 Teaspoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Brook trout||8 , cleaned|
|Broiled bacon strips||16|
Beat to blend eggs, cream, parsley, garlic and allspice.
Coat the cleaned trout inside and out with the mixture.
Put 1 to 2 strips bacon in each trout and place in an oiled wire broiler basket or on a greased hot grill.
Broil fish over hot coals for 20 minutes or till fish flakes with fork turn once.
