Broiled Trout With Watercress Butter
|Trout||4 Pound (4 Trout Fish, 1 Pound Each)|
|Melted butter||2 Tablespoon|
|Watercress||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Brush trout with butter, and season.
Place on buttered sheet of foil in broiler pan.
Put in broiler 4 inches away from high heat.
Broil without turning for 6 to 8 minutes, or until done.
