|Tomatoes||2 , quartered|
|Thinly sliced onion||1|
|Green pepper||1 , thinly sliced|
|Melted margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Place each fish onto a square of heavy aluminum foil.
Top with equal amounts of tomatoes, onions, green pepper, margarine, salt, pepper and basil.
Seal foil around fish.
Place near hot coals and bake 30 minutes, turning occasionally.
