Baked Stuffed Trout
|Bread crumbs||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Onion||2 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), diced|
|Fresh parsley||2 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
|Melted margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Mix crumbs with remaining ingredients.
Sew sides together with coarse needle and thread.
Line baking dish with cheese cloth.
Place fish on cloth.
Bake 350°F.30 minutes.
Lift fish out with cheese cloth and turn onto platter.
Garnish with lemon slices and parsley sprigs.
