Herbed Trout Bake
|Frozen trout fillets||1 Pound (Fresh Or Partially Thawed)|
|Chopped onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Garlic clove||1 Small, minced|
|Cornflake crumbs||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Place fillets in greased baking dish.
In skillet, saute" onion and garlic in butter until tender; stir in seasonings; simmer 1 minute.
Spread onion mixture over fish and top with cornflake crumbs.
Bake in a 475° oven 10 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
