Herbed Trout Bake

Ingredients
  Frozen trout fillets 1 Pound (Fresh Or Partially Thawed)
  Chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garlic clove 1 Small, minced
  Butter 2 Teaspoon
  Tarragon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Thyme 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Cornflake crumbs 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Place fillets in greased baking dish.
In skillet, saute" onion and garlic in butter until tender; stir in seasonings; simmer 1 minute.
Spread onion mixture over fish and top with cornflake crumbs.
Bake in a 475° oven 10 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
