|Onions||3 Medium, sliced|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
Rub salt and pepper over trout.
Stuff with 1 sliced onion and garlic.
Place trout in a pan; top with remaining onion slices.
Place bacon and bay leaves over onions.
Pour tomatoes over all.
Bake in a 350° oven until trout is tender, about 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
One-half pound of fish per serving.
