Grilled Marinated Trout
|Brook trout||4 , cleaned, in filets and cut in 1 in (2.5 cm) slices|
|Dry white wine||375 Milliliter (1 1/2 Cup)|
|Lemon juice||50 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
|Grated orange rind||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Chopped ginger||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon, Fresh)|
|Chopped chives||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Olive oil||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
Place fish, wine, lemon juice, orange rind, ginger and chives in bowl.
Marinate 2 hours in refrigerator.
Drain fish well.
Heat oil in large frying pan.
Add fish and fennel sprigs; season well.
Cook 2 to 3 minutes over high heat, stirring once or twice.
