Grilled Marinated Trout

Ingredients
  Brook trout 4 , cleaned, in filets and cut in 1 in (2.5 cm) slices
  Dry white wine 375 Milliliter (1 1/2 Cup)
  Lemon juice 50 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Grated orange rind 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Chopped ginger 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon, Fresh)
  Chopped chives 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Olive oil 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Fennel sprig 2
  Lemon wedges 4
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Place fish, wine, lemon juice, orange rind, ginger and chives in bowl.
Marinate 2 hours in refrigerator.
Drain fish well.
Heat oil in large frying pan.
Add fish and fennel sprigs; season well.
Cook 2 to 3 minutes over high heat, stirring once or twice.
