Barbequed Trout

Ingredients
  Trout 4
  Minced onion 4 Tablespoon
  Fat-free barbecue sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Place onion, barbecue sauce in body cavity of trout.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Wrap trout individually in foil and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
