Trout In Oatmeal

|Small sized oatmeal||1 Ounce|
|Butter||1⁄2 Tablespoon (For Frying)|
|Lemon wedges||1 (For Garnish)|
Treat the trout as in the recipe above, but bone the trout first as one would a herring, and flatten it.
Coat with the oatmeal, and fry in very hot butter until golden brown.
