Trout In Oatmeal

Ingredients
  Trout 1
  Small sized oatmeal 1 Ounce
  Butter 1⁄2 Tablespoon (For Frying)
  Lemon wedges 1 (For Garnish)
Directions

Treat the trout as in the recipe above, but bone the trout first as one would a herring, and flatten it.
Coat with the oatmeal, and fry in very hot butter until golden brown.
