Oven Steamed Rainbow Trout In Parchment
|Chopped fresh parsley||4 Tablespoon|
|Minced garlic||2 Teaspoon|
|Grated orange peel||2 Teaspoon|
|Ground black pepper||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Rainbow trout fillets||4 (Clear SpringsÂ® Brand Idaho)|
|Olive oil||4 Teaspoon|
Preheat oven to 375°F.
In small bowl, combine parsley, garlic, orange peel, salt and pepper; set aside.
Cut four 15 x 12 inch pieces of parchment; fold each piece in half and trim to form semicircle.
Unfold parchment; place trout fillets, skin sides down, on parchment near fold.
Sprinkle each fillet with 1 tablespoon parsley mixture and 1 teaspoon oil.
Fold top half of parchment over trout; fold and seal edges tightly.
Place parchment bundles on baking sheet; bake 10 minutes until parchment is browned and puffed
