  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Slivered almonds/Whole almonds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Bacon slices 6
  Lemon wedges 2

Prepare trout; rub with oil.
Cook on barbecue rack about 15 minutes; turn once.
Meanwhile, put butter into pan with almonds; saute until butter is foaming and almonds are golden brown.
Place bacon on rack about 5 minutes before fish is done.
To serve, cover each fish with a slice of bacon.
Pour foaming butter and almonds over trout
