Mother's Day Meal - Tropical Fruit Trifle

Tropical Fruit Trifle made with papaya, kiwi, pineapple, coconut, sponge cake and vanilla yogurt.
Ingredients
  Banana 2 Large, sliced
  Sponge cake 4 Cup (64 tbs), cubed into 2 inch pieces
  Vanilla yoghurt 16 Ounce
  Coconut 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Fresh pineapple 2 Cup (32 tbs), diced
  Fresh kiwi 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
  Fresh papaya 2 Cup (32 tbs), diced
  Shredded coconut 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Lime 1 Medium, juiced
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Slice the banana and drizzle a little lemon juice on it to prevent it from browning.
2. Keep all the ingredients ready to start layering.

MAKING
3. In a large trifle bowl, layer the bottom with 1 cup of sponge cake and layer with fruits as shown in the video.
4. The final layer should be of yoghurt topped with papaya, pineapple and kiwi.

SERVING
5. Chill and serve.
