Ingredients
  Plum pudding 15 Ounce (425 Gram)
  Vanilla pudding/92 g vanilla pudding 15 Ounce (425 Gram, Mix According To Pkg. Directions)
  Pure cream 6 Ounce, chilled, well shaken (Thick, 170 Milliliter)
  Thick cream 6 Ounce, chilled and well shaken (170 Milliliter, Pure)
  Sherry flavoring 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Mandarin orange sections 248 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Fruit glace 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Glace fruits 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
Directions

Break plum pudding into small pieces.
Blend vanilla pudding, pure thick cream and sherry.
Place 1/3 of plum pudding pieces in bottom of a serving bowl.
Top with 1/2 orange pieces and 1/3 cream mixture.
Add another layer of plum pudding, orange sections and cream.
Add final layer of plum pudding.
Top with cream mixture and garnish with glace fruit.
An ideal way to use leftover Christmas Pudding.
