Strawberry Ka Trifle
|Strawberries||2 Cup (32 tbs), hulled|
|Fresh cream||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Strawberry flavored custard||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sponge cake piece||6 Large (Ready Made)|
Sprinkle sugar over the strawberries and reserve.
Arrange cake pieces at the bottom of a serving bowl and sprinkle sherry over.
Add the strawberries with the melted sugar syrup.
Pour the custard over neatly, and chill till set.
Before serving, add a layer of whipped cream and decorate with the cherries
