Banana Citrus Trifle

  Commercial angel food cake 8 Ounce
  Sliced banana 3 1⁄3 Cup (53.33 tbs) (About 5 Medium)
  Lime juice 1 Tablespoon
  Oranges 3 Medium
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Grated orange rind 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Grated lime rind 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Vanilla low-fat yogurt 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)

Cut cake into 1/4-inch-thick slices; set aside.
Combine banana slices and lime juice; set aside.
Peel and section oranges, catching juice in a small saucepan.
Set sections aside.
Add sugar and water to saucepan, stirring well.
Bring to a boil; cook, uncovered, 4 to 5 minutes or until mixture is reduced to 1/3 cup.
Remove from heat, and stir in grated rinds.
Pour over banana slices, and toss gently.
Arrange half of cake slices in a 2-quart trifle bowl.
Spoon half of banana mixture over cake slices.
Spread half of yogurt over banana mixture, and arrange half of orange sections over yogurt.
Repeat layering procedure with remaining cake, banana mixture, yogurt, and orange sections.
Cover and chill 6 hours.
