|Vanilla pudding mix||5 1⁄10 Ounce (1 box)|
|Vanilla pudding||250 Gram|
|Whipped cream||1 Large|
You begin with cut the sponge cake into 2 halves.Place one half in a trifle serving dish.Pour one ounce of peach brandy over the cake(you can also take an apricot brandy as per your taste).Add the pie filling.Pour brandy over it.As per the directions make pudding & pour over the cake.Carefully top it up with whipped cream.Chill it for a couple of hours before you serve it.
Garnish with fresh blueberries.
